Why not start at The Historical Museum of Southern Florida?
The Historical Museum of Southern Florida is centrally located in downtown Miami, at the Metro-Dade Cultural Center Plaza, 101 West Flagler Street. The plaza resembles a Spanish fortress and covers an entire city block.
